MANTIS-ULV Form Release Applicator

The MANTIS-ULV Form Release applicator uses a pressureless delivery system combined with a rotary atomizer.  This solves two of the common problems of applying a release product in molds:

1) applying with high pressure does create small droplets, but also increases the volume of form release product used.

2) applying at low pressure with a standard nozzle does reduce the volume, but leads to large droplets.

Both of the above situations can lead to streaks in your final product, as well as more and larger bug holes.
